A study of a Madonna by Titian on  -ca. 1508-, reworked on an old sketch on my very first "artist's journal". Far from perfect nu it reminds me of the work of the Madonnari, whose beautiful sacred images drawn in chalk on the street pavements I used to see while growing up in Italy. Color pencils on toned paper, 4"X6"
